Sales and Guarantees Policy



Should you opt to purchase any object or service via gabadecor.com please note that the following terms and conditions apply to all such purchases over and above the general terms and conditions governing your use of the site:

  1. Earrings are not exchangeable;
  2. Items can only be exchanged within ten (10) days of purchase upon presentation of receipt or gift receipt or any other proof of purchase. For this reason, you are reminded to print out your receipt once you have submitted your online payment.
  3. Unless otherwise stated, items will be delivered by courier service, and after two (2) days from the date when the order is confirmed.
  4. Repairs on stainless steel jewellery cannot be done.
  5. Items of jewellery that are plated cannot be repaired without some loss of colour of the plating. You may opt to have the item replated after repairs at a charge that may range from thirty-four Euro (€34.00) to fifty Euro (€50.00);
  6. Repairs may take up to fifteen (15) days to be effected and may be subject to further terms and conditions depending on the nature of the repairs.
  7. Alterations are carried out at the customer’s exclusive risk, and Gaba will not offer any guarantee against damage caused during any such alterations.
  8. Repairs for any single item bought for fifty Euro (€50.00) or more is free. Charges may apply for items of a lesser value.
  9. All watches enjoy a full two (2) year international guarantee.
  10. All watch-batteries under guarantee are free.
  11. Replacement of stones on silver items is not always available. It may take up to fifteen (15) days to receive a reply regarding the availability of a stone and then a further (30) days to receive the stone – additional terms and conditions may apply depending on the replacement works in question.
  12. Not all rings can be sized or re-sized. Customers are urged to enquire about this if in any doubt.
  13. Save as provided elsewhere in these conditions, all repairs may be subject to a charge ranging from two Euro (€2.00) to fifty Euro (€50.00). This charge will be quoted prior to the commencement of any repairs.
  14. Any purchase carried out via gabadecor.com may be cancelled within (15) days from the date on which it was conducted. Only items that are returned unopened, unused, and in their original packaging may be considered for a refund of the purchase price. Items not returned in this way may not be considered for a refund. Gaba will only refund the purchase price of the object purchase together with any applicable postage and/or delivery charges. Any charges imposed by any third party, including any transacting bank or credit-card agency, shall be at the charge of the customer.
  15. Some items shown on gabadecor.com are for display purposes only, and may not be purchased online. These include mini-diamond jewellery pieces, timepieces having a value of more than five hundred Euro (€500.00), pearls having a value of more than two hundred and fifty Euro (€250.00) and all other items having a value of more than six hundred Euro (€600.00). In order to care for your purchases and protect against potential damage, Gaba recommends the following care practices:

  1. Perfume is not to be sprayed on the area where jewellery is to be worn.
  2. Jewellery containing zircons should not be used excessively or every day.
  3. All frames and silverware should be kept away from direct sunlight.
  4. Frames and silverware are to be cleaned only with a silver cloth.
  5. It is very important to have your items serviced regularly especially if they are being worn or used on a daily basis.
